How to use it
As a herbal tea
- Use 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) per cup
- Water at about 80°C
- Cover and leave to infuse for 6 to 8 minutes
- Strain and enjoy
In professional blends
Ravintsara leaves blend very well with plants traditionally associated with breathing comfort and the changing seasons: hyssop, mallow, plantain, marjoram, elderflower, nettle. That is exactly the idea behind our Latsaka, Mievona and Ririnina herbal teas — here, you build your own.
As a decoction
For more structured uses: boil 1 tablespoon of leaves in 250 ml of water for 5 minutes, leave to stand, covered, for 10 minutes, then strain.
