Description
An air spray that smells of ravintsara, not of a hospital
The base is ethanol, the declared active substance. The scent is our ravintsara, with a touch of tea tree. Four ingredients, nothing else.
The spray at a glance
- Product type: biocide PT2, air sanitising spray, for consumer use
- Active substance: ethanol (CAS 64-17-5), 61.79% (w/w)
- Ingredients: ethanol (organic wheat alcohol), water, ravintsara essential oil, tea tree essential oil
- Format: 100 ml spray bottle
- Use: sanitising the air in living spaces
- UFI code: D200-806N-200R-UNWE
Why these 4 ingredients together
- Ethanol — the product’s active substance, at 61.79%. It evaporates quickly and leaves no film.
- Ravintsara essential oil — the scent signature: the eucalyptus-like, camphoraceous freshness of 1,8-cineole, the same oil as in our bottles.
- Tea tree essential oil — a greener note that rounds off the ravintsara.
- Water — for dilution.
How to use it
- Shake well before each use: the essential oils rise to the surface.
- Spray 3 to 5 times into the air, towards the centre of the room, away from the face.
- Keep the room closed for a few minutes, then air it.
- When travelling: hotel rooms, rentals, a parked car. The 100 ml format fits in any bag.
A genuine direct supply chain from Madagascar
The ravintsara essential oil in this spray comes entirely from our plantation in Sahambavy, on the Highlands of Madagascar. The same hand-harvested leaves we distil for our essential oil, named Best Organic Product 2019.
