Cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 veille au d\u00e9veloppement local malgache car tous les ouvriers sont du village de la production (Sahambavy \u00e0 30km de Fianarantsoa). Un v\u00e9ritable projet d&#8217;insertion social est pr\u00e9vu puisque l&#8217;entreprise paye pour la scolarit\u00e9 des enfants des ouvriers. Les enjeux des deux nationalit\u00e9s sont d&#8217;autant plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et respect\u00e9s que le g\u00e9rant est un franco-malgache n\u00e9 \u00e0 Grenoble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette production s&#8217;int\u00e8gre compl\u00e8tement dans la vie du village et dans le respect des us et coutumes locales.
